Course Overview
Through interaction and practical scenario work, this course will provide you with information to set–up and manage a Subject Access Request (SAR) process.

- Deceased records and lack of capacity requests
- Search approach
- Automated decision-making including profiling
- Redaction and third-party data
- How should the information be provided?
- Exemptions and withholding information
- Request of removal or erasure of data
- Management and enforcement
