This is a deep dive Records Management training course where you will learn how to create records management policy and procedures, records management strategic plan, get senior management buy in, assess and manage and understand information risk,  how to undertake an effective information audit and how to map the data flowing through the organisation.  This course is the next level on top of the basics and goes through more practical implementation to kick start your strategy and change management process.

On this one day, Records Management Deep Dive , course you will learn how to create a solid base of Records management policy, records management strategic plan and discuss records management technology. How to get senior management buy in for records management compliance, assess, manage and understand information risk.  You will learn how to undertake an effective information audit and how to map the data flow through the organisation.  This course covers the basics and also goes through more practical implementation to kick start your strategy.
