Records Management Training Course Overview

This one day course is delivered by Reynold Leming or Frank Rankin and our NEW Trainer soon to be announced. The full course has been revamped and updated in order for it to be delivered as an online ‘Live’ training course.  This is an introduction to Records Management covering physical and electronic Records Management. 


You will learn the basics of Records Management and key principles which will provide you with the tools to begin or improve a Records Management programme in your organisation.

Bronze Package

This package is offered as a ‘Virtual Training Environment’ only.

This works particularly well for small numbers but there needs to be a minimum of 6.

Silver Package

This package provides face to face or virtual taining for 8 people for a one-day course.

 

Additional Delegates can be added at a reduced cost.

Gold Package

This package allows you to train up to 15 members of your staff on your site or virtually. This option provides you with the most cost-effective way for inhouse training for a greater number of staff.

Platinum Package

This package includes a short consultancy period along with any other training package. This package allows you the opportunity to contact the trainer for any questions or ongoing support that arises after the training session has finished. This equates to 4 hours of the trainer’s time. It must be used within 4-weeks. Client have utilised this service for roughly 1 hour per week over a 4 period.

 

Q & A

When will I be advised of the venue location?

Exact location are sent out via email, two weeks before the course, we would therefore advise you not to book accommodation until the venue is confirmed.
What happens if the course is cancelled?

To try to avoid cancelling face to face courses, however if the number of delegates is below 5 we will offer this a virtual course instead. 

Do you offer any course discounts?

Yes we offer a 10% discount for the primary delegate if you book more than one person from the same organisation at the same time.

We offer 20% off on selected course for promotional offers. 

 
Will I get a recognised qualification?

As part of our accreditation with the CPD accreditation group, you will receive 6 or 12 CPD points for each course attended.

The Certificate in Managing Data Protection Complaince is the second qualification of a suite of 3 data protection qualifications.
